What Order Notes Enterprise does

Order Notes Enterprise turns WHMCS into an operations center for your hosting team. Attach rich, versioned notes to any order or service — with types, priorities, statuses, pinning, assignment, bulk actions and a customer-safe view — and work them through a Kanban board, My Queue and SLA due dates.

Around the notes it adds real operations tooling: tasks and checklists, a hardware provisioning queue, inventory, IPAM, incidents, provisioning-failure tracking, automation rules that create notes on order events, templates, a timeline and global search. A live analytics dashboard shows status and priority breakdowns, aging buckets, a 14-day trend and SLA/operations health.

It is built for teams: a REST API and webhooks, a cron runtime, an audit trail, a recycle bin, saved filters and role-based permissions. The admin is bilingual (English & Arabic, RTL). Program code is ionCube-protected and licensed through InfinityInstaller — one license per WHMCS site, with offline grace and a daily update notice.

Requirements

WHMCS 8.x — installed as an admin addon module under modules/addons/.
PHP 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3 with ionCube Loader 15 or newer.
The WHMCS MySQL/MariaDB database; PHP curl + openssl for licensing.
Outbound HTTPS to infinityinstaller.com for license and update checks. (Optional: a cron entry for tools/cron_runtime.php.)
