1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the InfinityInstaller software, this website and the customer area. By creating an account or buying a license you agree to them. If you use InfinityInstaller on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your password secret. We recommend two-factor sign-in. You are responsible for activity in your account; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Licenses
A license gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run InfinityInstaller on one server for the paid period. Licenses are per server — VPS licenses for virtual servers, dedicated licenses for physical servers — with unlimited cPanel accounts on that server.
The license is bound to the server’s IP address and hostname. You may move it to another server by reissuing it from the customer area, within the limits shown there.
4. Restrictions
You may not share one license across several servers, resell or sublicense the software itself, remove or bypass the license check, or reverse-engineer the product except where the law expressly allows it.
5. Prices, payment and VAT
Licenses are prepaid for the period you choose. Prices are shown in the store's currency (US dollars or Saudi riyals) and include 0% VAT; a tax invoice is issued for each payment. Payments are processed by certified payment providers; we never receive your card details.
6. Renewal and expiry
Licenses do not renew on their own. You can renew at any time; the new period is added to the current end date. When a license expires, the InfinityInstaller panel locks until it is renewed. Websites your customers installed keep running.
7. Refunds
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the license was never activated on a server. The refund policy explains the details.
8. Updates and support
Every active license includes the platform updates released during its period and e-mail support. Dedicated licenses receive priority support.
9. Third-party applications
The app library installs open-source applications, plugins and themes made by third parties. Each is provided under its own license. You and your customers are responsible for using them in line with those licenses and the law, and for the content of the websites you host.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use InfinityInstaller or this website to break the law, attack other systems, distribute malware or interfere with the license service.
11. Warranty and liability
We build InfinityInstaller carefully, but the software is provided “as is”. Keep your own backups. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current license period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this website or by e-mail before they take effect. Questions: support@infinityinstaller.com.
