1. 14-day refund for unused licenses
If you bought a license and it was never activated on a server, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Activated licenses
A license counts as activated once a server has successfully checked in with it. Activated licenses are not normally refundable, because the software has been delivered and used.
3. When something is wrong on our side
If InfinityInstaller cannot run on your server because of a defect we are unable to fix, tell us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the case and, where appropriate, refund you.
4. Renewals
The same rules apply to renewals: a renewal can be refunded within 14 days if the license has not been used during the new period.
5. How to request a refund
E-mail support@infinityinstaller.com from the address on your account, with the order number. We aim to reply within two business days.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, VAT included. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within 5 to 14 days. The refunded license is deactivated.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer-protection law that applies to you.
