1. Who we are
InfinityInstaller operates this website, the customer area and the license service. This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with them.
2. What we collect
Account details you give us (name, e-mail address, company, phone number); your orders, invoices and licenses; and security records such as sign-in times and IP addresses.
3. License checks
When a server checks its license, we receive the license key, the server’s IP address and hostname, and the software version. We do not receive data about your customers or their websites.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by certified payment providers. We receive the payment result and a reference, never your full card number.
5. Why we use it
To provide and protect your licenses, process orders and issue tax invoices, send receipts and renewal reminders, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service — such as payment processing and e-mail delivery — under appropriate safeguards, or when the law requires it.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies only: to keep you signed in, remember your language and protect forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as long as tax law requires afterwards. License-check logs are kept for 90 days.
9. Your rights
You can see and update most of your details in the customer area. You may also ask us for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, subject to what we must keep by law.
10. Security and contact
We protect data with encryption, two-factor sign-in and strict access controls. For any privacy question or request, write to support@infinityinstaller.com.
