What Reputation Guard Ultimate does

Reputation Guard Ultimate turns WHMCS into a reputation operations platform. It continuously monitors every client asset for blacklist listings (8+ DNSBLs), domain, IP and mail reputation, SSL/DNS health and deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), scoring risk and opening issues with evidence and timelines.

Clients get a self-service portal to add and verify assets, see their reputation and issues, request provider-aware delisting with official removal URLs, download reports and manage API keys and notifications. Admins get a full command center — assets, approvals, alerts, delisting queue, scan engine, plans/credits, reports, RBAC roles and settings.

On top sits decision intelligence: predictive risk horizons, ranked root causes, a what-if remediation simulator, a SHA-256 tamper-evident evidence chain, a cyber-asset graph and geo/ASN threat aggregation — with approval-based remediation (Cloudflare DNS write & rollback, cPanel/WHM connectors), a public Trust Center, chat/webhook gateways and a commercial API. MSP and white-label operators get multi-tenant members, portfolios, usage billing and plan enforcement.

Full English/Arabic with working RTL and dark mode. Program code is ionCube-protected and licensed through InfinityInstaller — one license per WHMCS site, with signed offline grace.

Requirements

  • WHMCS 8.x — installed as an admin addon module (ships a hooks.php for the client-area menu).
  • PHP 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3 with ionCube Loader 12 or newer.
  • The WHMCS MySQL/MariaDB database (the module creates its own mod_rg_* tables).
  • Outbound DNS/HTTPS for blacklist lookups and provider checks; outbound HTTPS to infinityinstaller.com for license checks.
