What TITAN Business Intelligence for WHMCS does
TITAN Business Intelligence turns WHMCS operational data into an advisory-first business operating system. It gives you an executive workspace — overview KPIs, an executive dashboard, health scores, forecasts, a Time Machine, a War Room, a geo map and Client 360 — all computed from your live WHMCS database.
The TITAN Intelligence OS layer adds Digital Twin simulations, Revenue Autopilot, a Customer Health Genome, incident-impact analysis, an Explainable Evidence Graph and a daily executive narrative, plus operational intelligence across payments, fraud, abuse, support, sales, server ops, churn, revenue leakage, SLA, risk, KPI/KRI and recommendations.
It is advisory-first and safe by design: every potentially impactful action is proposed for approval (Shadow Mode), and automatic execution is restricted to a small reversible allow-list — billing, pricing, data erasure, customer communication and infrastructure changes stay under operator control. Governance includes RBAC with a permission map, an immutable audit chain, integrity hashes, encrypted reports/exports/backups, compliance evidence profiles and privacy workflows.
Automation and integration come through a scoped REST API, authenticated inbound/outbound webhooks (Slack, Telegram, SIEM or custom), a cron manager and a CLI master worker. An optional AI Advisor runs deterministic local analysis unless OpenAI is securely configured, alongside a natural-language, read-only data explorer.
Program code is ionCube-protected and licensed through InfinityInstaller with a signed protocol (compiled-in RSA key, nonce, issued-at freshness, product/domain/IP binding) and a hybrid offline grace — a server outage is never surfaced as an invalid license. One license per WHMCS site.
Requirements
- WHMCS 8.x — installed as an admin addon module (ships a hooks.php and a CLI cron worker).
- PHP 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3 with ionCube Loader 12 or newer.
- The WHMCS MySQL/MariaDB database (the module creates its own tbltitan_* tables).
- Outbound HTTPS to infinityinstaller.com for license and update checks.
