What To-Do List Extended PRO for WHMCS does

To-Do List Extended PRO turns the WHMCS admin into a full task and operations hub for your hosting team. Create tasks with priorities, due dates, assignees, watchers, subtasks, dependencies, tags, categories and custom fields, and organise them with projects, a Kanban board, a calendar and time tracking — all with bulk actions, a command palette and keyboard shortcuts.

It goes beyond a to-do list into governed operations: approvals, change requests, incidents, playbooks, SLA tracking with compliance metrics and an append-only audit log. Live dashboards show KPIs, Tasks-by-Status and per-admin charts, SLA performance and admin performance, with executive reports and CSV/HTML export and import.

Automation and integration come through webhooks, notifications, a scoped REST API with hashed tokens and WHMCS hooks. The admin is bilingual (English / Arabic, RTL-aware) with a dark mode, a mobile-friendly UI and a client-area view.

Program code is ionCube-protected and licensed through InfinityInstaller with a signed protocol (compiled-in RSA key, nonce, issued-at freshness, product/domain/IP binding) and a 14-day offline grace — it never reports "Invalid" during a license-server outage. One license per WHMCS site.

Requirements

WHMCS 8.x — installed as an admin addon module.
PHP 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3 with ionCube Loader 12 or newer.
The WHMCS MySQL/MariaDB database (the module creates its own mod_todopro_* tables).
Outbound HTTPS to infinityinstaller.com for license and update checks.
